affilare Explanation: il coltello ...in parole povere. Di solito si parla di una *cote o pietra per affilare* coltelli. Oggi vedi spesso, anche in macelleria, questi attrezzi in acciaio per affilare i coltelli, purtroppo non so come si chiamano in italiano. *entlang ziehen* non significa altro che affilare, una volta davanti e una volta dietro.
