Si tratta di un testo relativo alla costruzione di un impianto ceramico nel Land di Brandeburgo (dipsosizioni e norme da rispettare, regolamenti edilizi...)
In realtà non mi è chiaro il significato dell'intera frase in cui si trova il termine sopra segnalato:
"Nachbarrechtlichen Belange der nächstgelegenen Wohnbebauung sind Siedlungskoerper des Ortsteiles Märkischheide". (Segue: der dort gemessene Shallpegel darf am Tag 55dB und Nachts 40 dB nicht ueberschreiten...)

Non è l'ideale, ma il concetto è questo.
