ho trovato la traduzione di "Bündchen" /Saumabschluß an Ärmeln) in un Praxiswörterbuch "Bekleidung und Mode" della casa editrice Langenscheidt - termini della moda in inglese, tedesco, italiano, francese e spagnolo.
Secondo questo dizionario il termine "Ärmelbündchen" viene tradotto con "polsino". Spero che ti possa ancora servire.
