e' una specie di materassino o stuoia sottile, che può' essere di lana merinos oppure sintetica, anallergica o ancora di cotone trapuntato...va tra materasso e lenzuolo per migliorare il "clima" notturno (caldo in inverno o fresco in estate)...
Se sei mai stata all'Ikea, li usano molto sopra i comuni materassi dei letti futon per esempio....
