Vedo che per *grigliate* in certi ristoranti si intende una selezione fine e anche monotematica di: o verdure oppure pesci o carni, non la classica "abbuffata" e il mix di tutto. Poi il tuo è comunque il titolo di una carta, quindi il commensale vede subito di cosa si tratta.
