agree  Radson: yesss. Ul. to Umlagen. Umlagen to udzial w kosztach (utrzymania) nieruchomosci, np. ubezpieczenia, "gospodarz domu", remonty, podatki etc. Nebenkosten(NK) to koszta za zuzycie np. energii, wody etc.
