OK, chyba się pośpieszyłem, bo tu przecież chodzi o ekspertyzę związaną z budową obiektu, a nie prac wiertniczych lub górniczych. W tym przypadku wystarczy pewnie sam "geolog" lub lepiej "uprawniony geolog".
