Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt für CSD, CC Anlagen einzelne Baugruppen bestellen. Der Liefertermin beträgt max. ca. 6 - 8 Wochen oder wird im Einvernehmen festgelegt.

Jede detaillierte Bestellung bedarf einer Auftragsbestätigung des Auftragnehmers.
Als Liefertermin gilt der Termin von der Auftragsbestätigung.
Der Auftraggeber verpflichtet sich, alle im Umfang der detaillierten Bestellung festgelegten Komponenten zu dem vorliegenden Vertrag an den Sitz des Auftrag-nehmers beizustellen.

Die Lieferbereitschaft ist 3 Arbeitstage im Vorwege durch Rechnung per Fax (-188) anzumelden. Lieferbereit heißt, alle beauftragten Leistungen sind erfüllt, exkl. Leistungen der Montage von nicht oder zu spät gelieferten Komponenten.
