Jako, ze w przypadku Flächentarifvertag chodzi o uklad o charakterze regionalnym (okregowym) przetlumaczylbym wlasnie na "ponadzakladowy uklad zbiorowy pracy". Dla uscislenia mozna dodac "regionalny". Flächentarifverträge stellen sicher, dass gleiche Mindesarbeitsbedingungen in den verschiedenen Betrieben einer Branche und eines Tarifgebietes gelten.
