The Russian 'razval' has its evident peculiarities: it is any outlet in the street where wares are sold, but as a contrast, they lie 'geordnet', like in any store because the seller is keen to draw buyer's attention to his/her articles. So if a Russian-speaker reads 'razval' he will laugh out to know razvals in Germany or Western Europe in general. I highly recommend you to use it in the above descriptive manner I propose!

In meinem Wцrterbuch fand ich "prilavok s (ucenjonnymi) tovarami dly svobodnogo vybora pokupatelymi". Die Ьbersetzung "Stol s udeshevlennym tovarom" ist also kurz und richtig.
