En la composición de un zumo he encontrado esta palabra que no sale en diccionarios, ni he podido aclarar buscando por google. ¿Alguien sabe qué quiere decir?

Podría tratarse de eso. En Alemania muchos zumos de naranja llevan también pulpa. Otro ingrediente a base de naranja no se me ocurre.
