"En el etiquetado deben aparecer el porcentaje mínimo de extracto seco y el de grasa sobre extracto seco. A partir de este último dato se establece si el queso fresco es extragraso (más de un 60%), graso (45%-60%), semigraso (25%-45%), semidesnatado (10%-25%) o desnatado (menos del 10%)."
