Entiendo que aquí el significado de "unqualifiziert" es el 2º del DUDEN: "2. (abwertend) von einem Mangel an Sachkenntnis, an Urteilsvermögen u. [geistigem] Niveau zeugend."
¿'Incoherentes'? ¿Alguna otra sugerencia?

En España en juicio lo que se lleva es improcedente. Los jueces cuando te llaman la atención (pongamos por ejemplo un interrogatorio) suelen usar "improcedente" o "No procede".

Yo no pondría infundados, tiene otra acepción, pon mejor si quieres "sin fundamento" ... es parecido pero mucho más "treffend"

Yo lo traduciría literalmente; coincido con Merceds y Karlo en que el comportamiento (y , para mi, el abogado también), no sólo es 'poco profesional', sino también despectivo para con la intérprete y las dos chicas
