Me he liado con esta frase porque no sé a qué se están refiriendo con ese *mit sich*.
Contexto: Es la inscripción de una empresa en el registro mercantil y esta frase aparece en el asiento denominado "Allgemeine Vertretungsregelung". Dice así:

"Mit der Befügnis, im Namen der Gessellschaft mit sich im eigenen Namen oder als Vertreter eines Dritten Rechtsgeschäfte abzuschließen: [Nombre de la empresa].

¿A qué se están refiriendo? ¿a cerrar negocios en nombre de la empresa consigo, en propio nombre o cmo representante de un tercero?
¿Entendí bien la frase?
