Un Flurstück (unidad catastral) es la designación técnica topográfica de una parte de superficie terrestre inscrito en un catastro de bienes raíces bajo un número especial, el número de parcela o unidad catastral. Un "Flurstück" puede ser al mismo tiempo una finca o un terreno (Grundstück) en el sentido jurídico, pero no es preciso que lo sea, ya que un "Grundstück" en el sentido jurídico puede constar también de más de un "Flurstück".

La propiedad se compone de las parcelas 64/4 y 67/2, todos los terrenos de la demarcación 3 Neunkirchen

Flur puede decirse también parcela, pero
en este caso se duplicaría parcela porque se utiliza Flur y Flurstück.
Te doy una idea para que puedas traducir ambas palabras
