Notes to answerer Asker: Gracias Cor Stephan. Está claro que se trata de empresas de servicios, lo que me despista es lo de "der nicht dem Hauptbetrieb weisungsgebunden ist". Podría ser simplemente una reiteración pero, como decía, es lo que me despista.
