Alguien me puede aclarar cuál es la traducción de Fahrlässigkeit? Es "falta o "negligencia".

El término completo es "leichter Fahrlässigkeit", que yo traducciría por "falta leve". Es esa la traducción correcta??.

agree  kunstkoenigin: La responsabilidad puede ser por culpa o por dolo. Dentro de culpa existen negligencia, imprudencia, impericia, por omisión ( inobservancia de órdenes y reglamentos) C/U tiene un significado diferente
