Im Falle der Überführung einzelner Abteilungen der Stiftungen oder Teilen von ihnen in eine andere Trägerschaft ohne Mehrheitsbeteiligung der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg sind die Stiftungen verpflichtet, den Beschäftigten, die bei Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes als Arbeitnehmerinnen oder Arbeitnehmer bei den Staatlichen Museen der Kulturbehörde beschäftigt gewesen sind, unter Wahrung der bei der jeweiligen Stiftung erreichten Lohn- und Vergütungsgruppe sowie Beschäftigungszeit den Verbleib in der Stiftung zu ermöglichen. Entsprechendes gilt für die Angestellten, deren Arbeitsverhältnisse **entsprechend beamten-, besoldungs- und versorgungsrechtlichen Vorschriften ausgestaltet sind**.
