Se me ha ocurrido acuerdo de garantía. Ya que en el texto se refieren también a 'Vertragserfüllungsbürgschaften' y a 'Mängelgewährleistungsbürgschaften' ( garantía de cumplimiento de contrato y garantía de de mantenimiento de obra...por lo que yo sé:-))
