Weder im Becher noch in Google lassen sich irgendwelche Hinweise auf vorbestellte Hypotheken oder Grundschulden finden.

Vorgestellt würde bedeuten, zuvor erwähnte.

Wie gesagt, ansonsten gäbe es nur die Erklärung, dass der Antrag auf Eintragung im Grundbuch schon gestellt und registriert wurde. Aber wie gesagt habe ich keinen Hinweis gefunden, dass das so ausgedrückt wird.
