s. text Explanation: ich bin kein Spanisch-Spezialist, ich kann Dir nur sagen, was das Novenverbot dem Sinn nach im Deutschen ist (falls Dir das hilft). noven von novum = Neuigkeiten in der StPO wird sich in einem Paragrafen darüber ausgelassen, daß kein (!) Novenverbot besteht: "es ist durchaus zulässig, Beschwerden ... mit Fakten zu begründen, die die Gegnerpartei nicht kannte."
