OA corresponde a Oberarzt.
Prim Doz. corresponde a Primär-Donzenten.

Yo dejaría ambos como "Dr.", ya que en español no tenemos la costumbre de especificar tanto los títulos como en inglés y alemán.

Sí lo añadiría si se trata de un CV o texto en el que sea importante el cargo.

He encontrado *Prim.Dr." solamente en páginas austriacas, puede ser que tu texto también viene de Austria?
No encuentro explicación para elm *Prim*, será algo como *Primer*? Si no encuentras nada más, dejalo como es
