Explanation:
"Wuselig" es una expresión popular que implica movimientos emotivos y- a veces- no controlados. Por este pudiera haber esta variante de "excitante" que implica tales fenómenos de motricidad.
Nota a Carlo: coincidi primeramente, pero después me puse a pensar sobre una expresión más compacta.

No me acaba de gustar para un juego, pero no veo otra palabra que pueda corresponder a wuselig, ya que agitado tiene connotación negativa y animado en este caso sería una redundancia.
