Corresponde a lo que se suele ver en las webs inglesas con el rótulo "Go". Que yo sepa no hay manera estándar de traducirlo al español.
"Iniciar" o, en este caso, "Buscar" son dos posibilidades.
Otra sería "ya" como en las carreras donde recuerdo de mis tiempos de estudiante que la versión española del: "Auf die Plätze, fertig, los" alemán era el "preparados, listos, ya" español.
