La rectificación se suele realizar cuando se desea arrancar bastante material. En este caso al tratarse de electrodomésticos de la línea blanca con espesores reducidos, sería mejor indicar lijado para el proceso de acabado.

Poliert wird normalerweise mit Textilrondellen/-Rollen
Ob mit 'Feder' hier solche gemeint wird, weiß ich nicht.
Die zusammegesetzte Wörter waren nirgenwo (Ernst, Engström, EuroDictAutom, Glossare) nicht zu finden
