Se trata de una guía de senderismo por el Pirineo catalán. Os pongo un par de ejemplos:

- Die eindrucksvollen **Nordabbrüche** sind durch die tief einschneidenden Steiltäler gezeichnet, die dem Gebirgszug seine markante Struktur geben.

- Rechts begleitet uns die zerklüftete Front zwischen den Pics d’Ensagents und Cubil, während die Ansicht des Circ dels Pessons mit seinen steilen **Nordabbrüchen** immer besser wird.

Explanation:
El Circ dels Pessons es un círculo glaciar con picos relevantes de aspecto brusco en ocasiones, con peñas, paredes y acantilados de roca. Me parece que es lo que se quiere expresar aquí. Las fotos lo muestran (ver enlaces).
