pastırma = türkisches Dörrfleisch (mit Salz und çemen zubereitetes, stark gewürztes, getrocknetes od. geräuchertes Rindfleisch, spez. Lendenstücke)

agree  avicenna: Aslında "Speck" her ne kadar iç yağını tarif etse de, genel anlamda domuz yağı anlamında kullanılıyor. Katılıyorum.

  -> Teşekkürler. Eski Istanbullular buna her zaman "domuz yağı" demişlerdir. Türkiye genelinde domuz yağı ya cilt için (yüze sürülmek üzere) veya büyü için (kapı eşiğine sürülmek üzere) kullanılır. Di mi?
