| υποβρύχιο mastic sweet/ sweet maticha Explanation: Από την ίδια σελίδα του Κώστα υπάρχει αναφορά στο υποβρύχιο ως mastic sweet το οποίο βγάζει μερικές σελίδες στο google, βέβαια ελληνικές. Μετά από συνδυασμούς κατέλειξα στο sweet masticha που βγάζει πάλι κάποιες ξένες σελίδες. The Chios mastic, an exclusive product of the island, combined with sugar, gave birth to the spoon sweet – mastic, also known as hyporvrychio, a different and more intensely flavored form of vanilla. "Γυριστό" γιατί γυρίζουν/χτυπάνε το ζεστό σιρόπι μέσα στον τέντζερε μέχρι να ασπρίσει. Στην τελευταία φάση το βγάζουν και το ζυμώνουν πάνω σε μάρμαρο. Η βανίλια, η μαστίχα, το περγαμόντο, το λεμόνι, το φυστίκι Αιγίνης είναι απλώς αρωματικά. Δες και το λινκ που ακολουθεί.
