The only translation I found is here (p.19):

can be explained only by the fact that own funds (ratio of turnover to own funds or “velocity of circulation of own funds”) were used much more efficiently than by LEs

The full term that would correspond to the Greek would be 'index / rate / value of velocity' etc. but you don’t really need it in English.
