Vide infra
Explanation:
It is definitely Greek, and Greek of the best period. It is found in the comic poets, including in Aristophanes. However, it is a single word (i.e., 'periproktian'--the accusative singular form), and indicates a type of sexual activity unmentionable in English, which language itself generelly employs the Latin translation 'anilingus' by way of circumlocution to express it without recourse to utter vulgarity.
