Explanation:
"Те са останали съсобственици в горепосочените проценти, неотделна част" от еди кое си. Т.е. нещо като идеалните части, при които не се дели вещта, а правото на собственост върху нея. В класическото право това владение се нарича condominium partis pro indiviso.
За μνείας γενομένης мисля, че е най-коректно да се оформи отделен въпрос.
