Στις εν λόγω προδιαγραφές, διαλαμβάνονται και κάποιες παρατηρήσεις, οι οποίες θεωρούμε ότι είναι εξαιρετικά σημαντικές και για αυτό τις παραθέτουμε αυτούσιες:
«Α. Το κόστος όλων των υλικών και εργασιών θα βαρύνει εξ’ ολοκλήρου τον ανάδοχο.
Β. Με την προσφορά θα δοθούν προκαταρκτικά κατασκευαστικά σχέδια (ηλεκτρολογικά, οικοδομικά κλπ., περιγραφή των υλικών εξοπλισμού των πινάκων, καθώς και χρονοδιάγραμμα των εργασιών.
Γ. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι οφείλουν να γνωρίζουν ότι το περιγραφόμενο έργο είναι ***έργο εξ’ ολοκλήρου αναθέσεως***, όχι τμηματικής, έργο με το κλειδί στο χέρι, για αυτό και θα δώσουν ΜΙΑ, συνολική τιμη.
Δ. Το έργο θα παραδοθεί με δοκιμές και θα καλύπτεται με εγγύηση καλής λειτουργίας.
Ε. Θα υπάρχει πλήρης κάλυψη σχεδίων στην Ελληνική ή Αγγλική γλώσσα και αμοιβών υλικών
Ζ. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι θα πρέπει να επισκεφθούν τον χώρο, για τυχόν διευκρινήσεις αποριών και λεπτομερειών.
Η. Υλικά, μέσα, προσωπικό είναι υποχρέωση του αναδόχου του έργου. Πιθανότητα ορισμένες εργασίες θα διεξαχθούν με πλοίο στη δεξαμενή.»
