Greek term or phrase:ΥΠΟΒ.
Due to lack of context, I never thought of a breathing apparatus and I was quite intrigued trying to figure out why something underwater needed humidity...(LoL) I guess that coffee was not doing any work in the morning...In any case, I was not judging your answer (and indeed it makes sense) I was just too curious... Thank's again for answering to my (rather silly) question though...
There's so little help from context that I just attempted a literal translation. However, if you Google for my suggestion you'll find a lot of answers that seem relevant and refer to all the parts except the humidifier. I think it's likely this refers to some kind of underwater breathing apparatus, in which case stopping the air from being too dry would make sense. You will note that my confidence level for this answer was not very high.
You really got my attention, with this one. (if too time consuming to provide some info-refs on topic I'd understand, and of course thank you in advance.)

underwater compressor with flowmeter-humidifier
Explanation: I think some of that is right, but I have doubts about the humidifier. Some write flow meter as two words.
