This is from the summary of product characteristics of a cancer drug:

Οπως και με άλλα κυτταροτοξικά φάρμακα, πρέπει να δίνεται προσοχή στην περίπτωση περαιτέρω συλλογής αρχέγονων αιμοποιητικών κυττάρων.

I am not sure of the best way to translate as I do not understand the point of the sentence. Does it mean that you have to be careful not to take out too many HSC ?

At the moment I have

"As with other cytotoxics, caution should be exercised when more haematopoietic stem cells are collected".

συλλογή here dose not meen "collection" but aggregation or increase of concentration
