Are you sure you're OK? Explanation: Sigoura (Σίγουρα) is an adverb meaning "certainly, definitely, surely". Eisai (Είσαι) is the second person singular of the verb "eimai" () = to be kala (καλά) is an adverb meaning "OK, allright". So I'd say "Are you sure you're OK?" or "Are you sure you're allright?".
