Greek term or phrase: OUZERIE
is the word a wine bar or cafe?
ANDY
ouzerie
Explanation:
an ouzerie is an ouzerie - you should leave the word as it is.

It's a small cafe, where ouzo is served: see below

In the middle of the harbour, connected by a narrow causeway lined with fishing boats, is a small cafe-ouzerie which is one of the finest places to sit, have an ouzo and a mezedes and watch the ships leave for Athens at sunset. In the afternoon it is full of old fishermen, making lures as they drink their coffee or ouzo.

or

There are many types of dining provisions. I will mention some: Taverna: Mostly with life-music, but the pricing is spicy. The food is good but more important is the pleasant atmosphere. This kind of restaurants open from 8.00 PM. Restaurant (estiatorio/psistaria): Good food with service. Grilled food is the speciallity of the psistaria. Ouzerie: Here ouzo is served in combination with hort d'oevre (mezθ). Galaktopolio: Here you can find milkproducts and pudding, ice, coffee and tea. Open all day. Zacharoplastio: Here you buy or you eat pastry, chocolate, cookies and other sweets (mostly ice and icecakes). Mostly you can drink something too.

Ouzo (snack) bar.

Explanation:
I agree with Stilius; just to give an alternative which can be undersood by foreigners. You may keep the term "ouzerie" in brackets.
