Hebrew term or phrase: החברה המרכזית לשכון ולבנין בע\"מ
It's just the name of a company that is mentioned in a court ruling. I suspect the company no longer exists or was bought out by someone else (and now goes by something else (i.e. IDB or PBC)) but am not sure.

The Central Company for Housing and Construction
Explanation:
I am not at all certain that the name of the company was translated all that often in the past. One would have to have access to old documents. However, this would be a literal translation and it is how Google Translate solves the problem. Admittedly, that is not a very authoritative answer.

As for the history of the company, I honestly don't know. Would require research.

They were a "household name" company (pardon the pun) forty/fifty years ago. I did encounter the name back then but only in Hebrew, not in English. However, those were the days well before the Internet. To find translated documents, you would have to be able to access archives of old fashioned hardcopy documents. I have no idea if they are still around and in what nomenclature.

Asker: I did the same thing. I was hoping that someone had encountered the name before.
