Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs / Withholding tax Form 106
Hebrew term or phrase: משכורת ללא סוציאליאות
Here I am not sure if this refers to income WITHOUT deductions for social benefits/fringes OR EXEMPT FROM deduction. This is a slight but important distinction. In other words there is gross salary and maybe a portion is exempted form deductions for the Provident fund/kupat gemel, etc...This is under the general heading in the withholding form of קופות גמל...The answer would depend on how the tax code intends ...

Notes to answerer
Asker: The link is very helpful!! Thanks. So no social benefits would be figured on that portion of the salary. Looking some more I find that the amount under this heading is the same as the 35% credit to Kupot gemel...This leads me to think it is a portion of income that is exempt from taxation that goes to Kupot Gemek. Thoughts?
