C Explanation: Israel's "Meuhedet" Health Fund has three levels of coverage, regular, adif and C, or in Hebrew, שיא. C is more comprehensive and expensive than adif. In Hebrew it is שיא, which obviously means "climax" or "pinnacle". Meuhedet translates it in the English version of their official home page (see Web reference below) as Meuhedet C".
