The entire contingent Explanation: "The medication affects the entire contingent of T cells in the body, thus increasing the risk of infection". Of course, the meaning of באופן גורף can be quite subtle, whereby it can also mean "affects the T cells drastically, dramatically, prominently", but I'm pretty sure that my suggested phrasing conveys the intended meaning. |
