Int/Ext Comms (Int/Ext Communications) Explanation: "Comms" is the customary abbreviation for "communications"... "Int/Ext Comms" would be the shortest way of saying it, but I think some people might find the juxtaposition of two abbreviations undesirable (personally I see nothing wrong with this particular case - both abbreviations are well known). Therefore I included the alternative "Int/Ext Communications".
