Hebrew to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general)
Hebrew term or phrase:עיקר מעייניה
This phrase occurs in a legal document, referring to a country's laws, saying that a person who violates a law also violates עיקר מעייניה. Literally it seems to mean Principal Wellsprings, but, of course, that does not fit.
