English translation:Type of sensor - see explanation
Explanation:
After second guessing myself, and debating with myself, I have arrived back at my original train of thought.
Especially after seeing the original Hebrew, I still think that מזלג המהיר is a type of sensor (and ה"זהבן). I am unable to find any resources to back this up, so I'm having to resort to linguistics....

If the sense of the sentence was about putting sensors into aircraft, I might expect a "את" or "ל" somewhere to make that clear.
The lack of prepositions though leads me to believe that "סנסורי הזמן האמיתי ה"מזלג המהיר" וה"זהבן" is the subject of the sentence, albeit, a rather long subject. ("Rapid Fork" and "Zahavan" real-time sensors").

Part of me is still treble-guessing myself though, hence the low confidence rating!

Notes to answerer
Asker: So now I have something like In his day, the video studio was established, and real-time sensors, the “rapid fork” מזלג המהיר and the Oriole, came on the scene. That may be the best I can do for this one, unless I hear from someone else who actually knows what this is about. It is an improvment on what I had written down originally. Thanks!
