Explanation:
भय आदि के कारण चेहरे का रंग पीला पड़ जाना, उड़ जाना
।
चेहरा फ़क पड़ गया means the 'face got pale'

It may be noted that the word फक्क means a handicapped person (i.e. पंगु, विकलांग व्यक्ति); and फ़क्क means खोलना, छुड़ाना, दो जुड़ी हुई चीज़ों को अलग करना।
