designated mentor in his/her trade Explanation: A szakmai kifejezést jobb a kifejezés végére tenni, mert a professional mentor azt jelentené, hogy a segítőnek "mentor" a szakmája, pedig csak arról van szó, hogy a segítő ért ahhoz, amit a megsegített ember csinál.
