áfa-törvény területi hatályán kívüli outside the territorial scope of the Hungarian VAT law Explanation: Én mindenképp feltüntetném a magyar változatot is a számlán, hogy az APEH felé is tökéletesen világos legyen. Ezenkívül az angol fordításban szerepeltetném a Hungarian szót - ez persze magyarul elhagyható, hiszen a helyzet tökéltetsen világos, angolul azonban talán nem. The VAT hinges on the geographic location of consumption. With the commerce of digital products, it is difficult to locate taxable transactions outside the territorial scope of the common VAT system. http://www.ksg.harvard.edu/project1/vat.html |

áfa-törvény területi hatályán kívüli not registered under the Hungarian VAT regime Explanation: Csak javaslat - sajnos hivatalos fordításról nem tudok. Vagy: "not subject to the Hungarian VAT Act". |

áfa-törvény területi hatályán kívüli outside Hungarian VAT jurisdiction Explanation: Ez a kifejezés pontosan fedi a fogalmat. Én is hozzáteszem, amit Attila ír, hogy a magyar kifejezést is le kell írni melléje, mert a magyar illetékesknek is meg kell érteniük. Itt egy idézet, aminek sajnos elfelejtettem leírni a weblapját, csak ennyit jegyeztem meg: OECD Principles: "VAT should result in taxation in the jurisdiction where comsumption takes place". És egy másik, most már weblappal együtt: "...member states retain their tax jurisdiction" nem nagyon új, de illusztrálja a kifejezés használatát. http://www.thompsonhine.com/news/nl/ebus_tax_may2002.php |
