agree  Elizabeth Rudin: Reimbursement category.//The insurance company/fund reimburses the hospital for costs - e.g. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/28795.php

  -> I don't think reimbursement is OK. That would be "visszatérítés". It is about how the service will be paid for, who is going to pay for it. Reimbursement assumes somebody paying for something first, then getting the money back.The latter is reimbursement.
