policy Explanation: Angliában az összes szabályzatot policynak hívják, legyen az házirend vagy bármi egyéb. Elé szokták tenni, hogy ez éppen milyen policy, pl. "rental policy", ha a bérleti dolgokról szól. A rules of conduct pedig sztem azért nem az igazi, mert szólhat bármiről, ami nem feltétlenül viselkedést jelent.
