Több alternatíva is lehet, de a javaslat egyenlőre mindegyikre jó, mivel az on sg tenné konkréttá a megfogalmazást. Az ingatlan-nyilvántartás tekintetében funkciónáló széljegy-rendszer-hez hasonló dologra asszociálok, tehát bizonyos jogokkal (jelzálog, haszonélvezet, stb.) vagy már terhelt, vagy a finanszírozás eredményeképpen terhelendő a dolog-gal kapcsolatos finanszírozásról van szó.
