agree  juvera: Lump sum, de ez nem "contractor's fee", hanem "fixed price". Az ajánlattevő boldog lenne, ha ez a "fee" lenne. ;-)

ha vki aszondja, hogy az ámerikai stipulated sum ugyanaz, mint a UK lump sum, akkor vmennyire elhiszem.
már többször előfordult, hogy nem tudom követni a logikádat = és akkor mi van? Ne haragudj, ne írjak többé a ProZ.com-ra, vagy talán Neked hiányzik némi gyakorlat ékes (bevallott) anyanyelvedben?
A feladat magyarról angolra fordítás, tehát alapkérdés, hogy a kiinduló szöveget jól értjük-e, nem pedig az, hogy tudunk-e valami jól hangzó külhoni kifejezést?
Az "egyösszegű" kifejezés Magyarhonban egészen pontosan azt jelenti, amit már írtam, a stipulated pedig azt, hogy a szerződésben leírt. Az egyik primér, a második szekunder jelenség, először van a fogalom, és másodszor van a leírás jogászok és fordítók által.
